Coat Ripped in less than a Month
I love to coat. The problem is I brushed up against a door frame and my coat ripped. I’m shocked it ripped so easily. I have tried reaching out to customer care twice and haven’t heard back. I was just looking for advice on what to do and I’ve gotten no response. Thoroughly disappointed, especially for the price. Don’t waste your money.

love the coat, super warm
love the coat, super warm fits well. There is a hole in the fabric along the back vertical seam, I have only owned it for 1 month and it continues to get bigger, trying to find a patch kit to fix it. Dissapointed the fabric tore so quicky or i would have given it 5 stars.

Great parka, great price
We found this at the outlet and were thrilled at the value. It's warm and light, great for casual wear in the fall/winter/spring in between weather before it gets too cold or too warm. Plus it will crush down for travel nicely. I'd want more technical/layering pieces for hiking, but for daily use this is perfect.
