Inspired by the easy, elegant style seen on European streets, CC Corso Como® creates fine footwear for the cosmopolitan woman. Crafted of premium leathers and meticulously constructed for all-day wear, CC Corso Como® shoes put the perfect finishing touch on office to after-hours looks.
The Corso Como "Del" pump is amazingly comfortable. I"m in my fifties and comfort is VERY important to me, but there are occasions you can't wear your flats or Dansko's! I was so pleasingly surprised to slip my foot into that shoe. I've worn them already and they not going to give me a blister. they don't pinch anywhere, and the bottom is padded.
The heel is right height. Definetly high, But not stupid high. As long as you can walk well in heels (meaning, you don't walk tenatively, awkward) this shoe will take you from 18 to 85 years. Timeless classic. My shoe size is 9W. Please work with manufacturer to keep all sizes in stock!!!

Not Comfortable At All; Poor Workmanship
I was excited to try on this pump based on all the reviews of how comfy it is! But the first pair I received was defective - there was a gap between the sole of the shoe and the base, so I returned it and exchanged for another pair. The second pair had glue all along the baseline (which I was able to pull off, but still...). After 1 day of wearing them at work, my heels were bleeding and the inside liner by the toes was peeling off!
I definitely do not recommend these shoes.

Not for small feet!
I don't think Corso Como knows how to make shoes for smaller feet. I normally wear a size 5. The size 5 was a bit too large, and the 4.5 ended up being tight in the toes without much arch support. As another reviewer wrote, the smaller the size, the more likely one will end up with a huge gap between one's foot and the shoe bed.
Those with smaller feet should also note that the sides of this shoe are fairly high and stiff, which could lead to cutting into one's foot should one feel the need to actually walk someplace in these shoes.
I wanted to like these shoes, as the shoes are attractive, the shoe bed seems fluffy and like it would almost be comfortable. But alas, I had to return them.

Disappointed
Love the style of this shoe. The toe is just round enough and the slim heel makes the shoe look even higher than it is. I took a chance with this heel height (ruined my feet with extremely high heels when I was younger) but I figured the cushioned insole might make a difference. The shoes were very comfortable when I first put them on, but because I have had shoes in the past that were comfortable initially and then once I actually wore them outside for a period of time, killed my feet. So I wore these around the house on the carpet for a while. After 10 minutes the balls of my feet were throbbing. The insole is built up under the ball of the foot and then drops down under the toe area. I found that my toes were flexing and gripping the insole every time I took a step. After just a few minutes, I could feel the burn. What a shame, I love these shoes. Just not for me I guess.

The shoes are very pretty, comfortable and have beautiful color in the reptile print. They were too small in my usual 7 M, so I exchanged them for 7.5 and am very happy.

Ultimate in Comfort
After reading an article regarding the most comfortable heels, I searched out this shoe which was listed and found it at Nordstrom. I work in a business environment and have many shoe types known for comfort. These are BY FAR the most comfortable heels I think I have ever put on. The toe box doesn't pinch while still appearing to have taper to the tip, meaning is it round but not too round. The cushioning under the ball of the foot seems to make for a spring back sort of feeling when you walk. It seriously did not seem like I had heels on. I loved them so much I bought a second pair. These are definitely my new favorite heels!

Fantastic, but inconsistent.
Long story (in following paragraphs), so to summarize: 1.) Sizing is inconsistent, but once you get a good pair, they are classy, sexy, and all-day comfortable (especially the regular leather on the comfort), so with Nordstrom's generous return policy, I'd recommend trying a few 2.) Standard leather breaks in beautifully, patent seems like it wouldn't, suede appears to be breaking in well, herringbone is a little scratchy on the edges, but they look so good I might put up with it.
A few years ago, I got a pair that were the perfect length and the leather was high quality enough to stretch perfectly to the width after a couple of weeks, so I could wear them all day comfortably. When they wore out I bought 3 more pairs (one in the patent) in the same size. Only one pair fit perfectly, the others were all too big. So I returned the big ones and bought more...same story...they fit perfectly about half the time and were otherwise too big. When I order enough that they come in separate shipments, it seems like maybe they come from different facilities and the shoes coming from one facility are bigger than the ones from the other? Also note, I did not keep any patent leather because they were too big, but they also seemed like they wouldn't break in as well.
Most recently, I got one pair of the suede eggplant and one of the herringbone, both of which are even tighter than the smaller leather pair (unworn backup pair used for comparison). Not sure if this is a function of these new materials, or if it's another instance of inconsistent sizing. Kind of a pain, but truly worth the effort.
