What it is: A multibenefit makeup primer with SPF that smoothes imperfections and primes skin for long-lasting foundation wear.
What it does: It instantly diffuses the appearance of dullness and hydrates, too, visibly smoothing fine lines and dry areas. SPF 21 protects against daily damage. It amplifies your foundation's finish for longer wear that resists oiliness and creasing.
How to use: Apply after your skin-care regimen. Take up a pearl-sized amount and dot it onto both cheeks, your forehead, nose and chin. Spread starting from the center of your face. Apply a little at a time over areas of concern, such as fine lines and pores. Pat with your fingertip to blend in. Follow with your foundation after ensuring the primer has settled properly.

Strong scent and sticky texture
I usually like the Cle de peau products, although they are on a very pricey side. This one, however, did not cut it. The texture is too gummy, and it feels very sticky to the skin. Also it has a very strong perfume-y scent (like an old person's powder?) that I could not use it. It gives a nice glow, and the color is good. But sadly the other two cons are too strong.

You may want to give it a try
I excepted to really like it as it was highly recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, not the case for me. The scent is pleasant, but the texture is indeed sticky and gooey. It makes me look even more pale with my freckles standing out even more than usual. Most importantly, very irritating to the skin, leaving it red in spots, hugely irritating to the eyes if it gets close to them. I would describe my skin as mildly to moderately sensitive at baseline. May be a great product for someone, but unfortunately did not work out for me.

Amazing Primer
I have tried just about every primer from inexpensive to high end and this is by far the best one for my aging, sensitive skin. Luckily I got this during a sale but I would pay full price, its that good. And you only need a tiny amount. Yes, it goes on thick and sticky, but let it dry and it holds your foundation all day while smoothing out imperfections. If you don’t like gripping primers this may not be for you. One tube has lasted me way longer than any other primer, 10 months, which helps me justify the price.

magic in a tube
This product has such fine pearls and it’s just so lovely. Originally received samples of this and wasn’t sure how I felt because I was using way too much product. The tiniest amount is needed to provide extra hydration and smoothness. I like to put it practically all over my face for a luminous look before applying a tinted moisturizer. It’s crazy to think how expensive this product is but I’m obsessed. One tube will last a long time if used properly. Too much product and it’s not pleasant. It’s a very thin creamy veil as opposed to a thick layer of product.
