Terrible Customer Service
I was super excited to get this shirt in the mail, and was surprised to find an entirely different shirt (that i fid not order) in my package instead. Annoying, but not a big deal. Or so i thought. Customer service failed to respond to the email i sent them, so I attempted to contact them via chat. Despite saying they would review emails sent previously, not mention was made about mine or their lack of response. No apology was offered for the inconvenience. Instead I was told they simply would not offer me a refund unless i shipped the item back to them, but i could reorder the item i should have received if i was worried it might sell out or the price would change. I was appalled. While i understand that errors happen, this was an easily fixable situation that was badly handled. Withholding a customers money until they rectify an error your company had made is horrid customer service. No offer was made to improve the situation or help me get my correct item, all customer service was concerned about was getting the incorrect item returned to them. You sent the wrong item, ignore my original attempt to resolve the issue, then expect me to give you more money to rebuy the item i should have been sent, whilst you hold onto mine to ensure you get your $20 clearance shirt back. Mistakes happen, and had customer service offered a refund, apology and actually helped to rectify the situation i would have happily shipped the incorrect item back and it would be no big deal. However, the way this situation was handled is unacceptable and while i will be returning the item to get my refund, I won't be repurchasing my original item, or buying anything else from this brand, and if i did, I wouldn't bet on receiving the right item anyways.
