Pleasant Surprise!
I was skeptical that I’d like this product because my skin is very dry and I’m ‘the dew is no longer on the lily’ old. But I really liked the look of the iridescent bottle, so yes, I’m still a sucker for some pretty packaging. My bad. Anyway, in my experience, anything with a sheen, illuminating, glowing, etc had always ended up being like glitter on my skin and this is not a good look for aging skin. So why did I order this? Coola has a good reputation and because Nordstrom has a nice return policy, I figured there was nothing to lose. Well, let me tell you, from the get go there was something different about this stuff. I’m a serious SPF user since I live in the coastal South and like to layer it on. I thought the initial layer was pretty good but when I mixed it with my really nice SPF laden moisturizer my skin looked, if not dewy, at least blurred, moisturized and a whole lot less parched. I love this stuff! The sheen is so pure, no fallout glitter after a few hours. While I do wish it was moisturizing for longer, I’m just on the drier side of life so I’m content to make my skin look better while adding a little extra sun protection.

I have stopped using any spf with avobenzone & oxybenzone, hormone disruptors and I am finding Australian Spfs that have stricter rules about ingredients.

My only con is that it's not a bigger bottle
I love the Illuminating serum and the SPF 30. It was often times very difficult to get out even if I turned upside down.

I'm loving it
I absolutely love this product and it definitely has more then one use.The consistency is a smooth consistency and absorbs really well if you rub it in.It has a light cucumber smell that's not overpowering.It smells light and fresh.It has multiple benefits.It is both a sunscreen and a illuminator or a highlighter.Your skin is protected from the sun and looks illuminated.I tried it as a highlighter on my face.Most sunscreens break me out but this was light and didn't leave a greasy feeling on my skin.I can say that it was good on my sensitive skin because a lot of products break me out but this didn't.Anyone who wants to use this can with any skin type and any complexion.It is especially good for those who's looking for a sunscreen that's not thick and can be used on your face as a highlighter.As you can see from my pic it definitely works great as a highlighter.This is definitely going to be a new favorite.If your looking for a sunscreen and highlighter in one I definitely recommend this.This product was provided for promotional purposes in exchange for my honest review,"

Dewy Glow!!!
I’m loving how dewy and hydrating Coola Dew Good Illuminating Serum with SPF 30,It's super easy to blend onto the skin not sticky, and absorbs into the skin well, blending into the skin amazingly without that annoying white cast, so this Illuminating Serum would be perfect for all skin tones/Types. Causes watery eyes!
I absolute love the way this looks on my skin. The formula feels rich and smooth. However, something in the formula causes my eyes to water constantly! Like, the watering doesn’t stop ever! I’ve worn other sunscreen makeup/tinted moisturizers that do not cause my eyes to water like this. I don’t think I can continue to use this, unfortunately.
