Liplux® Original Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Lip Balm

I wanted to give this a try even though I'm not the biggest supporter of lip balms. But I also need my lips to feel moisturized and hydrated, so why not? This lip balm is water resistant, dermatologist tested and made with organic ingredients. It sounds great but my experience with this lip balm was not great. This lip balm has a weird scent to it. It is like a vintage sunscreen scent. The texture feels good and soft. It is very lightweight so it is like I didn't apply anything on my lips. I need hydrating or moisturizing results from a lip product. I didn't get it with this lip balm. After some time, I had to wipe it off from my lips because I couldn't stand the awful taste. It had a chemical bitter taste that made me nauseous. It was easy to remove it because it is not water resistant. I like that it has good sun protection but I don't trust this lightweight product outside. Do I love something about it? I love the protective and easy to open packaging of the lip balm. I've been on a hunt for a good SPF lip balm - and this is it! It doesn't have that weird chemical taste, it stays on for hours, and it smells like coconuts. I absolutely love this and hope they have a tinted line soon!

I love a product that not only hydrates my lips but also protects them from the sun. Especially going into the spring and summer it is very important for both. I have noticed that being in the sun and using this lip balm, my lips feel more hydrated and not as dry as usual from the sun Starting with the packaging, it is very durable and sturdy and it clicks shut. It gives me a piece of mind that it won’t open in my bag. The product is infused with coconut oil, vitamin and shea butter which leave your lips super smooth. It glides on your lips super easy and application last a good amount of time. It is a clear lip balm so there is not cast but my lips still look luscious.
