The absolute worst customer service.
I never received my Akris Punto sweater from Nordstrom even though it showed as delivered on my account. I called customer service four times trying to explain but I don't know if the call center employees understand English well. I received an email saying that my sweater will not be refunded, no explanation . I have shopped at Nordstrom for 30 years in Seattle and Spokane and I've never been treated with such little respect. No more Nordstrom, you obviously don't care about your legacy anymore. Shame on you.
