Gender Inclusive Chuck Taylor^® All Star^® 70 Mule

I was excited to order these. I am a Chuck Taylor fan. This shoe can’t be slipped on easily because you have to crazy wrangle the tongue. They don’t look authentic because of the height of the sole, painted black trim rather applied rubber, shiny toe cap … I am so disappointed. I think the picture is deceiving. They are going back.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got my shoes and stuck them on my feet. The laces are functional, which means if you tie them just right you can do anything in these shoes and they will never fly off your foot. Even laced tightly, they are easy to slip into, and with that classic converse look, too. These are a win-win

I like the look and comfort of Converse tennies. So, when I saw the convenience of a mule--slip on for a quick run to the mailbox or an errand or a child pick-up, I was eager to purchase and try these a try. This pair is neutral; a beigey, light pink, quick to slip on, and there is a lip around the back of the ankle, which keeps them securely on your feet. I gave 4 stars, instead of 5 because, interestingly, the toe box looks somewhat different than the toe box of my other Converse tennies.
