Simply the best!
For reference, I am a (very cool) 67 year old grandmother. I bought these high tops because I liked the look. I am here to tell you that these puppies are the most comfortable tennis I have ever owned. You will not be disappointed, no matter how old you are. Runs big, size down.

I ordered these a month ago and have only worn them three times, one of the silver holes on the side of my shoe fell off. I do not understand how only three wears would do this. Very disappointed.

Great customer service
I ordered these as a Christmas present for my niece. They were delivered; but, I wasn't home when the package arrived, and, unfortunately, the package was stolen. I called Nordstrom, and the customer service agent immediately located a pair at a Nordstrom near me, and I was able to pick them up just in time on Christmas Eve. I was so pleased with Nordstrom's customer service. It made up for the very unhappy and heartbreaking experience of having the package stolen. I thought I would have to accept the loss and pay for another pair; but, that was not the case. No proof was required. The agent was very sympathetic and understanding. Of course, my niece LOVED the sneakers.
