NICE SHOES BUT BAD DELIVERY SERVICE BY ONTRAC!
I like the shoes, and the quality is decent for the price, but the delivery service by OnTrack was horrible. They delivered to the wrong address and lost the package, and then they never responded by phone or email. fortunately, I got refunded and I received a replacement from Nordstrom. Nordstrom PLEASE only use UPS or FedEx for your delivery if you want to save money and have satisfied customers.!
