Nurse shoes
The soles and wide white shoe remind me of old fashioned nurse shoes. The exaggerated tread was not what I was looking for.

The lug sole sold me. Perfect for shorter people who want some height while wearing the traditional Converse.

This shoe is super pretty & comfy! I recommend you get a 1/2 size down, it is not to tight, but just right! Out of a scale of 1-10, I rate it a 9.

Comfy, classic with a bit of height.
Very comfortable, not too narrow at all (something that most Chucks are for me). Like the other reviewers mentioned, they seem to run large, but I stuck with my usual size 7 and they fit great with comfy socks. They can be short-laced for a more tailored fit, which is what sold me.
