Contrast Stitch Sweater

I really like this sweater, the cut and the fit are quite flattering. (Black) It’s very comfortable and feels good on, but after literally only one wearing, it was starting to get that fuzzy, almost pilled look in certain places and the fabric was no longer smooth. This is no doubt because of the content of the fabric. I had originally purchased another one in a different color and I decided to take that one back. I decided that getting those “fuzzys” gathering on the sleeves and edges of the sweater after just one wearing wasn’t acceptable.

Super soft sweater. Length is perfect, not cropped and not too long. I really wanted to love it. I have to return, though, because it makes me look like a line backer. My shoulders are slightly wide, so if you have the same body type, beware. It must because the stitching at the shoulders and down the arms makes the shoulders look even wider.

Absolutely beautiful sweater. I bought the cream and black, but I think I'll return the black. The cream is starting to pill from just two wears, and I haven't washed it yet. I'm keeping regardless, because it's so flattering and unique. However, I'm afraid after I wash it, it will not look the same. I will wear as long as possible. A bit pricey for a one-season wear.

I really like how soft the sweater is, and the design is very cute. The sleeves are super long, so I checked with alterations and they suggested turning them up in the inside of the sleeve and tacking them, which would be super easy. The small is really big, I thought, but would be okay if wearing a turtle neck under the sweater. I usually wear small or extra small, depending.
