Best backpack ever
This is a high quality durable backpack. I bought this to replace a Swiss gear backpack that was under performing. I’m happy to say this purchase solved all the problems and shortcomings of my old bag. Would recommend, would buy again.

Nordstrom does not allow bad reviews
I need a backpack SOOO bad! I love Thule, they're the best!!! So I ordered one from Nordstrom and it got delivered quite fast (thank you for that), BUT!!! It is used! All the metal parts are scratched up and there are stains all over the backpack, then I opened it to check out the interior and there was a shovel's worth of sand inside!!! REALLY?!!! Sand?!
I called customer service and the Lady on the phone was super nice and helped me with the return and replacement, however, I must say I had to get charged again! Which is ok, but there is no any inconvenience discount or "sorry about that $10 off", nothing, just "here, we'll charge you the full price and you suffer the whole time of waiting again".... Nordstrom! Pick up the slack!!! Check items! this was supposed to come to a 50% discount rack and NEVER sent to the customer, who by the way was loyal to you all these years, and presented as a new item!
PS: The Lady tried her best to be nice, but was disappointed herself that this had happened!
