No longer anywhere near the original product
I have been a long time user of this product but now will be moving away. The new look, formula and scent feels much cheaper, while still being just as expensive. I am no longer willing to pay the cost for the new product. The packaging feels cheap and plastic, it definitely doesn’t seem to have as much, and it no longer has that spa-like scent and instead smells like a foot cream on my face. I’m pretty disappointed in the changes. I used to really love this product.

Mediocre-use to be amazing
The consistency of the cream feels thinner. I’ve been using the cream for several years and it does not feel as hydrating. There was also a large air bubble so I feel that I did not receive the full amount of cream that I should have. May consider switching products at this point unfortunately.

Sticky
I'm not too happy with this moisturizer. I really haven't noticed any difference on my skin and my face feels very sticky after I apply it. I don't apply anything else with it so it's definitely this moisturizer. I have very dry skin ang I don't like it moisturizes well. Will be canceling my auto subscription for sure.
