Compression Diver Automatic Stainless Steel Watch, 40mm

I feel like this watch could be great. As good as its legend as the “greatest dive watch ever”. But it’s just lacking ever so slightly. Zodiac could be amazing as well if it focused on a core group of watches and didn’t make so many variations. Make less, but make them higher quality. Maker limited editions that are undeniable rather than underwhelming. The name alone doesn’t fetch the price tag, and it’s certainly not the movement. While good, it’s not great or groundbreaking. No window on the back so even if it was beautiful. You’d never know. It possibly once was considered a better dive watch than the submariner. This watch is pretty mid… I wouldn’t pay retail (again) for this. Try to find it pre owned for 7-800 at most.
