I waited what seems like forever to get this Coach Campass Bag because it had great reviews from other shoppers. But unfortunately I never received the bag. I received notification of the item being delivered at 8:42 p.m and at 8:56 p.m. when I drove to the mailbox there was nothing there. UPS never even sent a photo of the item being placed on the ground near the mailbox, so I’m not sure it was ever delivered! Normally the UPS driver will deliver my items at my front door since we have a lot of land and my mailbox sits literally inches from the road. And now Nordstrom is refusing to refund me and or replace the item. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN !!
