Perfect for oily and combination skin
Long lasting poudre that keeps your skin matte and beautiful all day long. I don't use any liquid foundation, only concealer under eye area and this magical poudre. Skin looks really great after, natural look, and it minimizes the pores too. Bought it already 6 or 7 times and will order again and again))))))

Crumbled in less than a week
Loved this when it came, so smooth, gorgeous colour, went on like a dream. Put it into my makeup bag to take out, two days later opened the compact and it had crumbled into pieces, all gone. A fortune down the drain. I don’t use my handbag to hit people or things so why would it just disintegrate with normal carrying around? Truly disgusted and very put off the brand if it just crumbles like that.

Chantecaille Compact Make Up is a pretty great product. It does come in at a fairly high price tag, which is partly just what Chantecaille can command at the moment, and there are equally good compacts out there at less cost, however, putting the price aside, it is a perfect compact make up.

Good product
I really enjoy using this product as the powder is very fine, creamy and smooth. It works wonders for my combination skin (oily and dry) and caters more towards oily skin. I tried it out today and found that it wears well throughout the day and hasn’t pilled or melted off my face. However, I found it had limited shade range which is really disappointing as in 2023, brands are expected to be inclusive for all skin tones.

very fine powder
this powder form foundation contains very fine powder. One can immediately feel the fine finish without a slightest heaviness. Quality of Chantecaille is always there. A beautiful package (except the fact that there is no refill version) and very convenient to apply after liquid foundation (future skin) or apply as a foundation on its own. In fact, it has a coverage even more than future skin foundation. The finish is matte, which is beautiful but not my personal favorite. I have seen a better alternative which is Whoo's compact foundation, a Korean brand, which gives superior coverage and more luminous coverage

Smooth
This powder is very creamy and smooth. I have a combo skin leaning towards oily but I found it long lasting and it looks not too bad after wearing it for 9 plus hours. But I wish it had more shades as none of them are olive enough for my skin tone :(
