Zipper sticks —for $500?!
I was instantly in love and bought this wallet for my husband. When the wallet arrived, right away I noticed that the zipper stuck when I fully unzipped it. That should not happen at this price. Still, I hesitated to return it for several months because it’s such a beautiful wallet. But, I just couldn’t justify the price for the less than perfect quality. Back it went. More and more, luxury labels think the consumer must simply accept low quality for top dollar. I won’t. Thank you, Nordstrom, for your generous return policy. It would have bugged me forever if I had to live with a bad purchase.
