Comfort Pro Rocker

I was excited to add this to my collection. I have other rockers but wanted to try these out to bring to volleyball tournaments due to its lighter weight and strap. On the very first use, I sat down and rocked backwards and the chair slowly buckled and I feel backwards. My head hit the ground, legs feet up in the air. I couldn’t get up without needing assistance. Turns out, the rocker piece was missing a screw and bolt and was not secured properly. I walked away with minimal injury but it is definitely a safety hazard. Check your products to make sure all screws are secured tightly! I originally wanted to give it 2 stars but the warranty came through and replaced my chair.

I was gifted this chair last year for Mother’s Day and always kept it inside the only time I left it outside for about one week was when we left on vacation and I forgot to bring it back in. However, it is now January (so not even a year old) and it has already ripped, makes me so upset because I know these chairs are not cheap and I figured they’d last a long time for the price.
