Total Disapointment
The strap is a great idea for the various Longchamp bags. It really need to have brads & punch in the tabs at the end of the zipper to attach the strap. When you attach it to the handles than you have the strap length & handle length. Very hard to make it work even with strap in the shortest length. Rather than cross body it becomes a hip length bag.
