$24 price increase and formula change
So disappointing! Absolutely loved this scent. In less than 1 year, $24 price increase. Even so, I decided to purchase the 3.2oz bottle. Received it. Didn’t even have to spray it. Smelled SO differently and formula has def changed. Search all the review and Reddit sites. Unmistakeable. Spent $228 and it even came in some huge janky box not meant for the bottle. You could tell it had already been sold and returned. Just totally over Nordstrom and their low quality + reselling USED product!

Needs more staying power for the price!
I was very excited about this scent coming to market. Given the price and the Jo Malone reputation & the "intense" tag, I thought it would have more stamina. I could not smell this after an hour. It just disappeared. I should not have strayed from my signature scent - Tom Ford's Black Orchid. Now that's a super scent! Live and Learn.

opened fragrance with tape on the lid
I have been receiving Jo Malone products from Nordstrom’s repacked. They are not in the original packaging from Jo Malone and the lids are taped. Not sure what’s happening but I don’t feel comfortable knowing this is the actual product. Surprised Nordstrom is sending these items to customers. How can they quality assure what is being sent to customer?

Masculine Floriental with Good Longevity
I bought this blind based on its description and my general affinity for Jo Malone fragrances. I was expecting more citrus/floral and it is much more a masculine floriental in presentation (in retrospect, the jasmine sambac probably should have clued me in). Definitely a more intense fragrance from JM and one spritz on my inner elbow stayed with me day. My rating of 4 stars isn’t b/c I don’t like the fragrance; that wouldn’t be fair since it simply was not what I was looking for. The loss of the one star is b/c in this category of fragrances, I think there are better options out there with more nuanced/layered notes that would last at least as well. It was nice but just seemed a bit flat.

Damaged and used bottle
Paid full price for this, and when I received it, it had clearly been damaged, used with dirty fingerprints all over it and the bottle was damaged and not even full. It also had multiple Nordstrom return labels on it. When I contacted customer service, they declined to do anything stating my only option was to drive to the nearest store and return and replace it.
