Not very practical
I was really excited for this water bottle, seemed like a great concept given that it expands. However it’s really hard not to spill, especially when filling up (opening is rather narrow). You have to ensure the bottle is perfectly expanded or it will tilt over. It works best when condensed but then it holds really limited water amount.
