Poor quality
This is not a cheap hat but when it arrived I was beyond disappointed! A $350 fedora arrived from the shipper in a plastic bag, no stuffing, no box. It was totally misshapen and the crown crushed. I guess that’s what $8/hr gets you….total incompetence! Btw.. the hat runs very small. I dared to try it on. Quality was not worth what I paid. Cheaply made.
