Pros: *These are very lightweight but provide a lot of foot cushioning for long walks. *I like that the mesh makes them wearable on hot days. *I like that the sides do not reach my ankle bone. In other shoes a high side can rub against the ankle bone and cause friction. *Good quality. I imagine the soles will wear down long before the tops will show any kind of wear. Cons: *The arch supports are not high enough if you have high arches like I do, so be prepared to replace them with your own pads. (If they had better arch support, I would give them 5 stars.) *I would be tempted to wear them without socks except the mesh shoe fabric is slightly stiff and I imagine would cause blisters against bare skin.

These shoes are so comfortable and actually provide support. They look great and well made. I have worn them a ton in the past week, and they seem to be holding up well. Runs a smidge large. I am a small size 7, and can fit into some 6.5 shoes. The size 7 fits okay, but a bit big, and I wish I had gotten the 6.5.

Comfiest casual sneaker I've ever purchased by far. I bought a pair in white and was happy right out of the box: fit very well (true to size, I'm always a 7.5 and the 7.5 was just right), and it's a very clean/bright white. I bought these on a whim because I needed a pair of white casual shoes for my vacation to Japan. I got there, but then was nervous about breaking in the shoes. Surprisingly, there was absolutely no break-in period needed: I walked probably 5+ miles on my first day in Tokyo, and these were incredibly comfortable and were so sturdy. Soft, but not the type of soft that hurts your feet from lack of support. I came back home and ordered another pair in the same color immediately, so that I don't have to feel bad about my current white ones getting old. So worth the price and will definitely continue buying this shoe. :) Would love a color in light grey one day, but please do keep making the white, Cole Haan!!

These shoes are fantastic! I already own two pairs of the suede Zero Grand Oxfords so I decided to try these in white. I took them to Spain for a trip which entailed a lot of walking on cobblestone streets. It was also very hot. Not only were the shoes comfortable right out of the box, but they are cooler than the leather tennis shoes I intended to take. I wore them every day and did not have one blister. I was able to clean them with a cloth and soap as we went along. They are not the original optic white , but they still look great. I highly recommend them. I bought the same size I wear in regular Cole Haan shoes. This shoes does have some give which is great for those days when my feet were swollen.
