So cushioned and comfortable

I have to admit that when I pulled these out of the box, I thought they were going back. The sculptured heel seemed a little boxy as did the toe but I’m so glad I put them on. They look good on the foot, especially the strap at the ankle and they are seriously comfortable. I wore them for a 9 hour day at work where I walked over a mile during lunch in them and they were great - if you know Cole Haan, you know how comfortable they are. I always wear an 8 and I found them to be true to size. I bought the black but I’m ordering the gray right now.

Front too narrow

Cute shoe but way too narrow around the toes. I have a small bunion, but I barely get my toes through the front. Unfortunate since the arch support seemed quite good and I loved the style, but the front band just dug into the sides of my foot horribly.
