Sizing is tricky but great shoe
Great shoes, classic look with modern colors for a little flair. I rated it 4/5 stars because sizing is a little tricky to figure out. I went a full size down from my normal size (11.5 to 10.5) and they fit great. Definitely order a half size down first or try on at a store if you can. As far as width, I feel like these run a little narrow and the midsole is fairly thick so my slightly wide (but still within what's considered "normal" width) foot kind of rolls over the medial side of the shoe towards my arch.

Not as comfortable as they look
Wish these would have worked. They look great- although the grey is a bit darker in person than the picture. Really wanted these to work but my boyfriend said one of the heels dig inward, so we had to return them. Also not much arch support.

Poor quality shoes. This will be my last cole haan purchase.
Quality of the shoe is certainly below par. Looks like over the years the cole haan quality is coming down. The shoe shipped also has a minor scratch/damage in the front that is quite noticeable.
