Cole Haan Leather Moto Jacket

I've been eyeing this jacket for over a year now because I want a real leather jacket. The jacket goes on sale every now and then, but I never pulled the trigger because I was unsure about the sizing. I'm 5'6'' and 110 lbs, so I'm between a XS and S depending on the brand. I finally bit the bullet this Anniversary Sale and bought the jacket in XS -- FITS LIKE A FREAKING GLOVE, from the sleeve length to the shoulders to the overall width and length of the coat. Thank you leather jacket gods for this is the one. The leather is smooth and buttery, and the gold hardware gives it some class. This jacket is going to be great with a pair of jeans or a dress for an edgier night-out outfit. If you've been hesitating, don't! This is a lovely leather jacket.

Love Cole Haan. Gold hardware and quilted shoulders make this is a classy jacket, chic and wearable with anything. Unfortunately it was too tight at the low band and the tightness showed when the jacket was zipped. I am a consistent medium (6-8) in almost everything, including two Cole Haan coats.. Very disappointed.

Great jacket. Comfortable and classically stylish. I can't wait to wear it outside or even inside as a layer in place of a standard blazer. I was not sure about the size, since advice online recommend to size up. I ordered two sizes just to be sure but I would agree with the advice unless you are petite that you should size up, especially if you want options for layers. Also be aware that the Black option is not midnight black but slightly faded, which I like but it is not a perfect black-on-black match with all pants if that is what you're looking for, but it still works because of the classic styling and color. The jacket was available on the brand's website, as well as in other department stores, but with Nordstrom's easy shipping and no hassle return policy it was a no-brainer to purchase with Nordstrom.
