The loudest shoes you will ever own
The shoes squeak and the soles make noise when walking. Placed shoe trees in for two days as Cole Haan suggested - did not work. They asked me to video me walking and take jpegs of all sides and bottom of shoe. Ridiculous - I just returned them

Slightly disappointed
These shoes look great online and fit the Bill for an all black dress shoe that had a casual feel. After a couple of weeks wearing them the size 13 is a little larger than a normal size 13 so I probably should’ve gone with a 12 1/2. That being said, the shoe is a little more bulky than I would like And looks almost like an orthopedic style shoe which minimizes its potential style. I am an avid Cole Hahn customer so rarely am I disappointed like this, but for this one I was.
