Unsatisfactory Product but Great Service
In ordered this jacket online, based on the photo, the description and a great prices. It was described as an all-weather jacket with a removable quilted lining but what was delivered had no lining at all. It was essentially a shell. While that was disappointing, Nordstrom's customer support was excellent. I was told where I could return the jacket, the process took five minutes and I received a full refund on the spot. I'd rather have a new jacket, but I can't complain.

Mixed Experience
The initial sale price was exceptional, the quality great, and the fit good.......except the sleeve lengths were much too long. Was told the sleeves could be altered (which I agreed to) but added nearly $100 to the purchase price. I have not yet received the jacket back from the alterations dept but if the alterations are of similar quality as the jacket, I'll be quite pleased with the purchase overall.
