Painful
The stitching on the inside of the shoe is in an awkward spot. There is a constant scratching and rubbing on the inside arch near the ball of each foot that causes pain and marks on feet. Can't wear for more than a minute without needing to take them off. Only pair of Cole Haan's I have ever returned, and I own many pairs and have worn for years.
