absolutely perfect
bought this after trying Canada goose, barbour, and tnf. this one just hit right and it's down filled yet not a thousand dollars. clean design, warm, and fits tts. I'm 5'2 and 120lbs, purchased small and can wear a sweater/hoodie underneath comfortably. also the fur isn't tacky, it's warm and soft. one of the best vests out there!

Cozy but need to size up
I bought the original cold front vest in a medium and it fit perfectly, but when I got a medium in this one it fit too small and I needed to send it back to get a large. It is also shorter than the original and cut straight all around instead of having it a bit longer at the back if that makes a difference to you or not. The faux fur is a nice touch though making it extra cozy compare to the original and the stitching is nice. It's too bad I have to pay for shipping to return, I hope OR changes that policy one day or at least for high priced items.

Minnesota fall and early winter vest
Heavy duty and warm vest. Perfect for walking in the frozen tundra of Minnesota. Wore it during 20 F to 55 F weather with various either t shirt or layering. Bought the saffron yellow which is more of a golden color then the photo but good visibility during the ice and snow while walking my dog on the road. Comfy and sturdy zippers. Good wind breaking protection too which some of the 20F days felt like 7 F because of wind chill. I get too hot in a parks when walking so this is perfect. Also drove to Florida and this vest got me buy in many states with different temps and situations. It’s too much for most Florida weather but I’m glad I have it for cold snaps. Very warm and toasty. Good ripstop material and goose down that needs a little time to fluff up after it arrived. Hood is soft and fuzzy.

I live in Idaho where there’s currently an inversion, about 35-45 during the day and 20s at night. This vest is extremely warm, good looking and protects my chest and back from wind. I wear in under coats or on its own when it’s sunny. I won’t need any other vest this winter!
