Good coffee, bad service
We love this coffee and I ordered some online because our local Nordstrom ran out. Instead I received another coffee (Peru San Ignacio) which we tried before and we don’t like- too acidic for us. I called customer service. They told me to ship this back and they placed a new order of the correct coffee. I received the new order and it still is the wrong one! The coffee we originally ordered is not available anymore. They offered a refund. Now I have 2 orders of coffee (4 boxes) to return and no coffee at home. And I am told I have to ship them, cannot return to the store. Nordstrom messed up twice and I am paying for it. 😡
