I loved these boots. But, I just wore them once, the heel is completely screwed up, despite how comfy they are. The heels appear to have been only taped with plastic of some sort. It isn't real.😕 I was going to return them and exchange them to see if it was just a defective pair, but they don’t have my size anymore.
