Cute Dress but...
The style of this is pretty but it is overpriced as the quality really is not exceptional. The lining of this dress feels like paper. It is true to size although I found the dress to be a little bit tight across the chest. The belt is a nice addition and the dress can be worn with or without it. My advice? If you get it wait for the sale or use your notes.
