In poor condition…

I’m so embarrassed! I sent this to my son as a Christmas gift. Upon opening, it was clear that this quarter zip was either a returned worn item or maybe a display? Quality control is lacking at Nordstrom. The sleeve cuffs are pilling, seams are damaged and the zipper is worn. It’s going back and I am hesitant to be a frequent Nordstrom shopper.

expect more

Ordered and upon opening it appeared to be stuffed into a bag any which way. It look like it has been lying around on a floor somewhere. It is so wrinkled that it makes me furious. Going back and taking my business elsewhere!
