Classy and perfect nude
I was looking for an update for a nude pump and this fits the ticket. They are simple yet have a touch of modernity and seem like they will stand up to a lot. Wore them all day to work And very comfy. Felt like a really powerhouse in them. Heel a little higher than I generally buy too, but felt great in them all day! True to size for me. I wear 8 and 8.5s in shoes and took 8.5

Not at all durable
I bought these pumps in black and navy. The navy has done great but, for some reason, the first time I wore the black pumps, the heel tip came off exposing the metal pin. I figured it was just a one-off so I ordered anther pair (as I really like the style) yet the exact same thing happened on the second wear. While these aren't the most expensive pumps, their price point would lead one to expect a higher quality heel.

Run a little narrow
I'm almost always an 8 1/2 or infrequently a 9 when the shoe runs narrow. I got the 8 1/2 because no one in the reviews said anything about the shoe running narrow. It's narrow. I exchanged and got the 9 and it fits well. Cute shoe!

Love these heels! Bought them in pink and I bought my normal size 7- they fit perfect and are the most comfortable heels I have ever owned- and I have many! Don’t hesitate, buy these, u will love them!!

Do not buy
Within less than two months of purchase, the heel cap fell off twice, had to take to shoe repair. The leather is also tearing as shown in the photo. The shoe is only worn for my office job, which I’m sitting the majority of the day. Just poor quality and craftsmanship. Never buying from Coach again. Coach will charge you for repairs.

Gorgeous and comfortable
These shoes are it. They are gorgeous and comfortable. They look and feel high quality and definitely worth the price. I can’t wait until it stops raining so I can wear these all the time. The chain detailing is stunning and elevates the shoe’s aesthetic.
