Trail Leather Crossbody Bag

Nordstrom why did I pay full price for a purse that was used? The leather is soft leather and guess what there was obvious signs that show it was used by someone and then returned. Deep creases on the top handle area and numerous scratches and scuffs all over the bag. Also the straps were shoved and twisted and had no protection sleeves on. This is beyond frustrating considering I had to pay full price for getting a 2nd hand purse!

I almost didn't purchase this because I thought it might look like a make-up train case and I typically carry slouchy silhouettes, but I'm glad I went ahead with the purchase anyway in the colour 'chalk' for the Spring, Summer, and beyond. Interior: I'm actually delighted with how it keeps my glasses, phone, small wallet, keys, and lipstick perfectly filed in their upright positions, easy to reach for, and easily visible when tucked inside. Also, the solid walls provide some drop protection. The bag feels tidy and substantial, but never heavy. Exterior: the two adjustable and removable strap lengths and top handle offer enough versatility for anything from weekday errands, to more semi formal or dinner outings. It actually looks nice, and I would like a darker color as well.
