The perfect bag for a petite girl.
This is the perfect bag if you don't need to carry the kitchen sink with you. It has multiple compartments which automatically organizes my belongings and my iPhone and sunglasses fit with my wallet. I love the options of the two different straps. I'm petite and this is just the right size proportioned to me. (5'3") The quality is of course excellent.

Snap hooks unlock on their own and bag will fall
I was super excited about this purse because of the functionality of it having a shoulder strap for a chic look and a crossbody strap for a casual look.
But there is one defect that sadly made me return it.! These snap hooks on both straps are extremely sensitive. They literally unhook on their own and I would have the bag fall out randomly in several occasion. For example, id just pick up the bag from the strap and boom it'd unhook, it was pretty annoying because with tax I paid $398 for a "quality functioning bag". Not even my $20 bags do this. The bag is nice I honestly did love it, I'd re-purchase if they addressed the snap hooks issue.

Coach bag straps not secure
I know exactly what the first reviewer wrote. I just had my coach Chelsea unhook today at the grocery store! This has happened before. Thankfully my bag was zipped and it didn’t happen in the parking lot. I wanted this bag but I will not purchase.

good idea but a poor quality bag
I bought this bag in another color this past spring and didn’t use it till last week because it was more a fall type bag. It looks great and fits all my needs but it’s just not worth the price because it’s cheaply made. The strap keeps coming apart as another person mentioned and my middle C came off....This after only one wearing! Couch use to be so dependable but I will never buy another bag from them unless they go back to their previous standards of design and materials. Hopefully Nordstrom will take it back even though I didn’t save the receipt.

Issue With Clasps
I wanted this bag but the strap just falls off. The reviews are right on. I tried it on in store sure enough fell right off. The salesperson told me to try the Coach store to see if they updated the issue with the clasps. My husband offered to weld the clasps lol! Only because his Christmas shopping would be done lol! Not happening. This bag would just make me mad. Not worth the trouble.

perfect pandemic size. one flaw.
I love the size, look and feel of this purse. The pebble leather, structured form, two shoulder strap lengths and hardware that doesn’t scream that I’m an advertising billboard. I’d give it 5 stars is the shoulder strap hooks didn’t spontaneously unlatch from time to time. At first I thought it was because I had both options on. Today, though, just with one option, it unlatched on one side. It hasn’t happened out and about - only when I’m moving fast in my place ready to get out. Lucky for me (so far).
