My 1st
This was my first purchase of a real leather tote…no shame here. Am I glad I chose this one. It’s not stiff, has the little pouch, and simply looks classic and beautiful.

Coach lowered quality
I’ve bought many coach handbags over the years and this is a first time for quality to be so poor. It feels like plastic instead of authentic leather. It’s made poorly in that the inside has no lining so at the bottom and where handles are it’s hard and glued together. Such a shame. I don’t blame Nordstrom for this, it’s def a coach issue!

This tote is the perfect summer accessory to carry around! Love the inside pouch that comes with it. Roomy and the leather quality is not too stiff nor soft!

beautiful summer bag for pros!
Just got this bag and love it! Exactly what I wanted - a professional bag for Summer that I could travel with and tak into appointments. I have a workhorse MZ Wallace that is excellent, however, it’s too not for appts. This bag has great flat bottom - sits upright and hold so much - laptop, phones tech gear, sweater, notebook, water bottle. Highly recommend!

Coach quality has gone way down
This is not about Nordstrom but this coach bag is such poor quality it's more like the feel of a fake leather. Coach claims it’s real but I compared it to my other coach bag of the same type of leather and it’s nothing like it. One feels like leather and this feels fake. It’s been returned, I’ll stick with a better brand name from Nordys
