Hamptons Glovetanned Leather Shoulder Bag

I actually purchased 2 of these bags for my daughter. The one in chalk and the one in bubblegum. When she got them she couldn't decide which color she loved more but she immediately dumped the contents from her LV speedy because she was going to wear one of them. She has been alternating between the 2 ever since. The clasps did take some getting used to but the bags look perfect on her. I'm a tall somewhat of a medium build woman and the bag looks weird on me. She is shorter around 5'4 and very slim so it looks like it was made for someone of her size and stature. The leather is very nice and it's a very classic and timeless bag. It doesn't scream COACH and that's OK because it's just beautiful.

I saw this bag displayed at my store and thought at first glance, it was really pretty. I noticed the clasp was already opened so I wanted to test out the closure. It was super difficult trying to open the clasp and connect it to the ring on the bottom. It as if the clasp cannot open wide enough or something. This would annoy me as I have to stand around and fight the clasp in order to close it securely. As for the interior, it is narrow compartment but very roomy, which is great for throwing in a few necessities like a phone, keys, a small wallet, travel makeup for a night out. Still a lovely bag. If I were to bring it home I would just leave the flap open. Which is a bummer because the bag looks prettier with the clasp closed. Disappointing.
