Beautiful bag the design needs to be improved
This bag is absolutely beautiful and gets compliments every time I use it. The design, color, and overall quality are impressive for the price. However, the strap is a major downside—it keeps coming off, which makes it frustrating and inconvenient to carry, especially when I’m out and about.
If the strap were more secure, this would easily be a 5-star bag. I really hope the manufacturer improves this in future versions because the bag itself has so much potential.

Gorgeous bag questionable service
The bag had some scratches and i didn’t get a dust bag with it . Honestly is a phenomenal bag I’m just upset at the service .
