Cassi 19 Polished Pebble Leather Crossbody Bag

I was incredibly disappointed with this purchase. The bag I received was clearly used, had visible scratches, and was missing the chain. This is far below the quality I expect from Nordstrom, as I’ve always trusted them for high standards and attention to detail. Receiving an item in this condition was surprising and frustrating. I’ll be returning it, but I hope this was an isolated incident and not reflective of their usual level of care. I expect better from Nordstrom and hope they address this issue to prevent it from happening to others.
