decent sandal. makes squishing noise every step.
The sandals are cute. Although, I didn’t expect them to look like black sorel Velcro sandals so much as they do. That’s on me and my expectations. They’re still nice, and I think they’re trendy. The sole is chunky with a good weight. Doesn’t feel so heavy that it’s annoying to walk in, or so light it’s cheap. I walked 1.5 miles in them today without much of an issue. My one major gripe comes in that every time I walk in them they make the sound of a deflating cushions. Like a woosh of air. It’s audible. And annoying. I’m hoping it’ll stop once they’re more broken in, but for now it’s just a constant “psh psh psh psh” with each step. The Velcro doesn’t lay quite and flush as it does in the photo, but otherwise the shoes are as pictured.
