Cloudscape Button-Up Jacket

I received a Cloudscape button-up jacket that was clearly used. The item arrived with multiple stains, an unpleasant odor, and "Han's" baby bib in the pocket. It’s difficult to understand how this passed any level of inspection before being shipped. While I do appreciate Nordstrom processing a quick refund, it appears the return was categorized as if the item never arrived, rather than acknowledging the condition it was received in. This is also not the first time I’ve received a used item from Nordstrom. I hope Nordstrom takes a closer look at their return inspection procedures to prevent this from happening again.
