TRUE TO SIZE

I bought a half size bigger in this shoe because of the reviews and I wish I hadn’t. These are true to size. I’m normally a 7.5 and got an 8 and they were too big. Very comfortable. I have a high arch and narrow feet. Stick to your normal size.

Disappointed

I purchased these in the middle of March and by the middle of May I noticed the tears on the outside of the shoe where my pinky toe is and where the sneaker creases as I walk. I was extremely disappointed by this. I have a wider foot but they didn’t fit tight, I used them daily but only for walking. I contacted the company and they told me it wasn’t a manufacturer defect but a fitting issue and I should go to their store to be properly fitted for their sneakers. Unfortunately I don’t have their company store anywhere near my home. They did issue me a one time credit, however I’m not sure I want a replacement especially after seeing how this is an issue for others and the company still states it not a manufacturer defect.

Ouch!

Went for a not very long walk (~40 minutes) in them and came home with a painful, bloody foot. The back of the shoe comes up too high and creates painful chafing that you really can't detect when trying the shoe on in the store.

Not comfortable

I bought my first pair of these shoes several years ago. I loved them for the style and comfort. This particular shoe is equally as stylish- I purchased the black. However, they were a HUGE disappointment. Overall comfort and light feel of the shoe did not compare to the initial shoe I purchased. The worst part is the back of the shoe hurts my heel. I noticed a slight irritation when I first tried them on, but assumed it was the type of sock I was wearing. I wore them out and walked a lot. Horrible. I tried them with other socks and they were just as bad. I have marks on the back of my heel from them and it's not due to incorrect sizing; they fit great. I wish I had returned them and realized they were going to be a problem before wearing them. I do not recommend this style.

Bad quality

It's lightweight which is why I bought it but very bad quality it got ripped in 4 months. It isn't worth the money.

good. but...

i am dedicated ON sneaker gal. however , i am a true US8 and i always have to buy a US8.5 in these, not a problem. i have maybe 8-10 pairs , however... these freakin destroyed my ankles today is the 3rd day i've worn them to work- and i have sores, they are comfortable like my other pairs , but the ankle situation is killer. i'm def bummed.

Love it and than disappointed

My go to shoes is always this brand. I wear it every day unless I go out of town and than it my white pairs of on. I bought these pairs at the end of Jan of 2025. And notice that these pair the shoes are tearing at the spot whether they are left or right pair. I am on concrete floors when I work. And these are definitely the shoes I wear that doesn’t make my feet ache at the end of the day. I am definitely disappointed because these are 3 months old shoes. Maybe it the design of the shoes and it not durable. But for the price I would hope it last longer than 3 months.
