Love this soft shirt

Order never received
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this item and two others I ordered just never arrived. I received a confirmation of the order from Lucky, as well from from PayPal account (the $158 of which is still pending in my account). When contacted there was no explanation given for the items not being received. In fact, it was not a shipping issue - the order was just never sent at all. After 3 weeks, Lucky never even contacted me saying there was an issue with the order. So had to initiate contact.

Very soft colors are different than online
This is one of the softest shirts ever and I wish it would have worked out for me. I tried both the red color and the grey. I thought the reddish color would be the beautiful brick red like the picture but it's actually more of a magenta or merlot color. And the grey, which looks like a beautiful grey-oatmeal color in the picture, is actually more of a traditional grey in person. Otherwise it's a beautiful shirt and if you're okay with the colors, you'll probably love it. Super soft.
