Excellent quality, but release button could be eas
Hello,
First of all, I’d like to say I’m very happy with the overall quality of the Cloud T and Load Leg Base. The design feels premium, and I feel confident that my baby is safe and well supported. Thank you for creating such a reliable and thoughtfully made product.
However, I’ve been experiencing some difficulty when trying to detach the seat from the base. The release button underneath is extremely stiff, and pressing it while also lifting the seat — especially with the baby inside — can be very challenging. Honestly, there are moments when I just look at the button and think: “Not today.” 😅
I completely understand the importance of a secure system, but if there’s any way to improve the ease of this process or if you have any tips, I’d really appreciate your guidance.
