Stopped working after minimal use

Wanted to really love this. Worked for a few months and then it just stopped. It also gets very moldy very quickly. Meaning you must clean it after each use or at least empty out the reservoir. The design is beautiful, but hard to clean. Lots of crevices and hard to reach places. I really needed this at this time and now it doesn’t work. I will be returning.

Aesthetic + powerful

Aesthetic and powerful, this machine uses water incredibly optimally and saves not only your air quality, but saves you extra refill runs.

surprised I could not add essential oil to it.

I am keeping it though. It is attractive and sleek. Easy to fill. Not as quiet as I imagined but it does not disturb my sleep.
