Cloud Comfort Full Fit Back Smoothing T-Shirt Bra

I've worn Natori bras for years. Although it fits well and looks great, the raised stitching near the clasp in the back is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever worn. I can't wear it for five seconds. That section scratches relentlessly on the thinner skin of the back. I wish I'd known about that issue before cutting the long tags off. I tried putting a moleskin strip on top of the stitches and that quickly bunched int a ball and then fell off. This is the only time I've ever had such an issue w/the Natori brand. Cloud comfort is a laugh. It would be more comforting to get refunded immediately.

Love the brand and that the back portion is solid vs. lace -- I tend to get small holes in that from my nails poking through. Comfortable right off the hanger.

Natori bras are usually the best for comfort. But this style was a miss for me. I am petite framed but with a large chest. I ordered a 34H but I probably could have gone down in the band size in this style. The side wires were up fully to the top of my armpits and the wire poked them when I put my arms down in a normal position. The cup size fit depth wise but there was also way too much overall coverage. The cups were up nearly to my collarbone LOL. It was so weird and uncomfortable. So much fabric. Returned.

I purchased two bras, love them. Only one complaint, and I really wish Nordstrom would listen. One bra was sent in a box (thank you)! The other bra was sent in a plastic bag. The plastic bag had NO protection, bubble wrap, nothing protected the bra. The bag was ripped and stuffed into a small mailbox. The integrity of the bra was compromised. Why a company either Nordstrom or a third part contractor would try to save money and ship a vulnerable or expensive piece of merchandise in that manner is beyond my comprehension. This happened two years ago, I ended up forfeiting 3 bras due to the same shipping process. I had placed a notice in my file not to mail bras unless they were in a box. I am resistant to having items mailed to me by Nordstrom.

This bra fit me perfectly and I got it in my normal size after confirming the fit with a bra specialist in store. It was comfortable to wear for like 5 minutes before the band started to dig in. The band has a very thin material so the edges of the band start digging into your skin after a few minutes and when I’d get home from work I’d have angry, itchy red indents even though it was true to size. They need to pad the bra band or something!
