perfect mid size bag!
Don’t buy the Amazon dupes, they are disgusting. Get the real deal. These Youzey mid size puffer bags are amazing. They are super soft to the touch & can hold all your essentials. Definitely a shoulder length bag, I can toss over as a crossbody if I’m not wearing an outer jacket which is ok but I would have preferred if their straps were adjustable for that purpose since I prefer to wear as a crossbody instead. Also if they had outer zip pockets like the FP version, this would have been even more perfect. For the price, this is a great affordable option. I still love it. Yes highly recommend.

Not happy
The bag inside pocket was torn in 2 places. I called and told customer service that I received a damaged bag and Nordstrom is charging me more money to get have another bag sent to me. This is poor customer service to your customers. Stand behind your products that you sell.
